the technology is to license others rather than entering
several industries and product markets ourselves.
We seek to provide right of first license to limited,
exclusive product lines or markets for those who
will undertake to develop the use of bicamber technology
to their existing, or potential product lines. This
may be a fixed payment, production based royalty,
or lump sum depending on the circumstances of the
licensee; i.e. market share, area of coverage, market
size, etc.
We intend to control the technology by working directly
with potential licensees on a time and expense arrangement
during the feasibility and applications testing stage.
Any knowledge regarding the airfoil coming from work
with potential licensees will become our exclusive
property. Commercial use after development will require
a license.
